We are two friends who have been working together in hospitality since we were 15.
What once started as a shared interest in hospitality has grown into a true passion for organizing and working at events. After years of working side by side, we’re perfectly in tune with each other and complement one another effortlessly. Our close friendship and love for events create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home. Thanks to our experience and strong teamwork, we’re able to adapt flexibly to any situation.

Hi! I'm Femke, 22 years old, and I am studying Creative Business in Amsterdam with great pleasure. I live with Inez in Utrecht, where I am having a great time. I am originally from Limburg and I still love going back to the south regularly.
Organizing, planning and getting things done, that’s where I thrive. I’m a goal-oriented person and get so much satisfaction from taking the pressure off others. Together with my best friend we run our own company, FIKA Event Services. It’s the perfect way to combine my passion for hospitality and organizing with the drive to keep growing our company.
I feel in my element on busy, high-pressure days. When there’s a lot going on, I love stepping up, keeping everything on track, and juggling all the tasks at once. It gives me so much energy to make sure our guests have the best day ever.
Inez
Hi! I’m Inez, a 22-year-old student with a passion for organization and hospitality. I have a degree in Facility Management and am now pursuing my second degree to become a French teacher in Amsterdam. I live in Utrecht with my wonderful business partner, but I often return to Limburg to see my family and for events in the south of the country.
I absolutely love being part of weekend weddings, where I can fully support both the couple and their guests for multiple days. Creating special moments and offering people a carefree experience is what gives me energy.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends: cooking together, going on little trips, and just having fun. The best part? Femke loves doing all that too, so we get to share those moments as well!
